Happiness is for all who strive to be happy - and those who laugh are happy. Everybody is eligible - you - me - the other fellow. Happiness is fundamentally a state of mind - not a state of body.

Maybe you can relate?

  • You are smart, driven and in control in other areas of your life but for some reason alcohol is the exception
  • Drinking more than you'd like
  • Having trouble sleeping, sometimes waking up with drinks beside you
  • Feeling anxious and overwhelmed by cravings and the desire to drink
  • Trying to cut back is causing stress and making you feel miserable
  • Are you tired of thinking about alcohol and ready to make it small and irrelevant in your life?

You are NOT ALONE..

Millions of people are starting to question
their relationship with alcohol.

Do you ever catch yourself thinking,

I had big dreams once.

I dreamt about how happy I would be
by the time I got to this point
in my life.

That I would have this adulting
thing figured out.

I thought my job would make me
I thought my family would make
me happy.
I thought a big house would make
me happy.

I don't understand what's wrong with me.

Why can't I be grateful for what I have??

Do you IMAGINE your life being better than it is?
What if everything we have been taught about happiness is actually a lie?

Two years ago, I was working my life away - stressed, anxious and depressed.
I thought I would never be happy and was even starting to believe that maybe I didn't deserve to be.

But then I figured out the most POWERFUL life hack

...Completely by accident!

And to be honest, I probably would never have accepted it on my own.

Let me tell you about the time I found myself dealing with,

When I found out I was pregnant the first thing I did was go and buy a bottle of wine so I could enjoy my last drink before nine months of sobriety. I am not proud of it, but that's the truth.

I thought it was the end of my world as I knew it. And I suppose it was.

But I learned a deep truth, that I wouldn't have to come to terms with any other way.

You see, I had been struggling with alcohol for years.

Heavy drinking in my family was generational.

At 15 I got my first job as a banquet server and entered into the boozy industry of hospitality. I would be forever connected to the rush of business and my desire to serve.

I worked in the hospitality industry for almost 2 decades and made my way into my dream management position straight out of school. I studied for 6 years to be the one of the best in hospitality, my passion for food and beverage was matched by my enthusiasm for creating events and truly memorable occasions for people. I loved my work and was considered high-achieving, bright, and very successful. I had been in management for almost a decade, had run multiple full-service restaurants, built brands from nothing, was being sought out and recruited for high-end hotels and new restaurants management positions.

Everything looked like I had it together.

On the outside anyways.

But inside, I was screaming...
I was struggling in every area of my life.

I drunkenly cheated on the love of my life and left our relationship in ruins. I was financially struggling and on the verge of bankruptcy. I was constantly apologizing for the night before and dumb things I would do while drinking. I was developing social anxiety disorder and couldn't enjoy being out without copious amounts of alcohol.

I felt like I was at the end of my rope, no idea what to do or where to turn next but starting to feel this nagging voice inside of me that was begging to stop being ignored

That's about when I found THIS NAKED MIND

I had finally found something that I could resonate with when it came to my drinking.

I would never have admitted that I had a problem.

I could not even think about the idea of NEVER DRINKING AGAIN.

And I DEFINITELY would not be showing up to any 12 step programs!

But the truth was that I was struggling and had been for a while. I was a regular black out drinker and didn't have an off switch. My tolerance was my bragging right, and my bar bills would prove it. I kept up with men 3 times my size and never turned down the opportunity to have a few drinks.

I needed something to change and had no idea that removing alcohol would be

Have you ever thought about how your relationship with booze might actually be limiting your life?

You might be like I was, and know that something needs to change.
But you don't want to miss out on life because you don't drink!

I know it's hard to believe but what if the opposite was true.
And you are actually missing out on life because you DO DRINK?

What if I told you that the most effective way to change your relationship with alcohol is to STOP TRYING TO QUIT?!

It's a common belief that when we want to control something - like our eating or drinking habits, weight loss or starting an exercise
routine - that we should START with the behaviour.

But the problem is, it doesn't actually work that way. You see, our brains are so programmed by our habits and beliefs that it becomes difficult to make new behaviours stick if we don't change our belief about it first.

That's why This Naked Mind Methodology doesn't start with the behaviour.

What does that mean for you?

It means you don't have to quit drinking to get control over alcohol in your life!!

Kind of amazing, isn't it?!

We just don't believe in deprivation, willpower or missing out on fun.

Founded by Annie Grace,

Conversations about alcohol addiction — specifically, those that embrace the term “alcoholism” — are old and tired. They talk of rock bottoms, describe self-destruction, promote denial, and exclude millions of people struggling to accept, justify, understand, and control the way they consume alcohol. Maintaining this status quo exponentially hurts more people than it helps. Annie Grace is not only challenging that, she’s changing it. Having overcome a decade of drinking by revamping her own relationship with alcohol, today she helps others across the globe do the same.

What did my spontaneous sobriety show me?

Making alcohol small and irrelevant in my life was a no-brainer once I had a chance to experience the
clarity and freedom that came with months of living alcohol-free.

“We need to stop asking ourselves if we have a problem with alcohol and start to get curious about how much better our lives could be.”

- Annie Grace

Here’s just a few things I’m going to show you...

- Why we often drink more than we want
- How to acknowledge the fears we think, about taking a break
 - How when you change your expectations, you change your experience
- How to be more mindful while drinking
Including: A powerful exercise we do first week of the challenge!

 - How to shift your mindset so you gain the power to have just 1
(OR avoid drinking at all -- the choice is entirely yours, not alcohol’s!)

Society and conditioning would have us believe that we have to suffer if we don't drink alcohol, but I encourage you to find out for yourself if that's true.
